                    It's important to know that a la mode will not be 
				    responsible for any data loss or other problems that might arise while 
				    connected to your computer. Our mission is to get you up and running so that 
				    you're happy with our software, and we won't intentionally do anything to cause 
				    data loss.
                
                
                    You'll be able to see everything as it happens, and at any 
				    time, you can take back control and cancel the remote session.
                
                
                    Anything viewed on your system will also be held in strict 
				    confidence and never used outside the context of solving your support issue. 
				    During a remote control session, we're only able to view the data on your 
				    screen. Any data transfers, which will typically be the individual file that 
				    could be causing the problem, must be approved by you during the session.
                
                
                    This is a also a one-time session, so after it's closed, we 
				    will no longer have access to your system unless you specifically grant it to 
				    us. Lastly, all remote sessions are recorded, so they can be reviewed later by 
				    a manager if the need arises.
                
                
                    Simply enter your name, customer number, and access code in 
				    the fields below and follow the instructions on the screen to install the 
				    remote control application and start our remote support session. If a you
                    have not been given an access code, you will need to get a new one from the 
                    representative before you can continue.
